SLIPLISTS

Each of these lists discloses the U. S. Reports volume and part numbers for a particular preliminary print; sets forth the name and citation of each case that will appear in that preliminary print; notes each case's docket number and date of issuance; specifies the sequential "R" number assigned by the Reporter of Decisions to the slip opinion after it was issued; and includes a brief summary of the case's holding. As new slip opinions are issued, Sliplist entries for those opinions will be added here. As new bound volumes are published, their Sliplist entries will be deleted.
